Old Skewl Sports runs and facilitates the NFL FLAG program in the Hudson Valley NY. We offer recreational and competitive flag football for boys and girls aged between 4-17. Players are organized into teams based upon age groups, schools, experience and friend requests (when possible).

NFL Flag is the premier youth flag football league for boys and girls ages 4-17; the program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact flag football,  while learning lessons in teamwork.  NFL flag was launched in 1996, the program is designed to educate young people about football, while emphasizing participation and sportsmanship. Players learn skills and lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field. The goal of the Old Skewl and NFL FLAG is for everyone to play and have fun. Teams are typically range between 5-10 players, which gives every player a chance to be an important part of the team.

Each player will receive an official NFL FLAG jersey and flag football belt, awards for finalists and a minimum of 7 flag football games and practices. Each team will hold one practice per week or more if they choose.
Practices are typically right before the game each week.

Old Skewl runs 2 seasons a year, Spring (April-June) and Fall (Sept-Nov).
